Meet our Founder

Dr. Akua K. Boateng

As a high achiever I have always been driven to be the best. I learned at an early age that success was connected to hard work, discipline and relentless pursuit. Like many people, I learned the hard way that wellness is the ultimate metric of success. Wellness, specifically, emotional wellness is at the center of all the things we dream about. A healthy partnership, thriving children, robust career…peace.

After 16 years of sitting with thousands of people, I know this for sure. We are all driven by a powerful origin story that shapes us, internal beliefs that define us, and strategies and practices that guide us. My purpose is to help people better understand their inner motivations, goals and childhood dream at the center of their ambition—and then redefine it to include wellness.
